Fran has included cooking courses in our travels to understand the authenticity of regional cooking. These destinations include

Thailand, India, Vietnam, France, Spain, Mexico, Caribbean (Cayman)

all cooked in front of you, it’s quite the spectacle.

Fran undertook many cooking courses in Indian & Vietnam whilst travelling in these delightful countries. cooking and shopping  with local chefs is the best wat to learn how to produce food as authentic as possible.
